DHAKA STOCK EXCHANGE LTD. NOTIFICATION
Dated the 6th December 2003
Whereas, the Securities and Exchange Commission
has, in exercise of its power under section 34(4) of the
Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969 (XVII of 1969)
directed the Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd. to amend the Listing
Regulations, 1997 of Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd.;
In the said regulations, in the regulation
(7(1) of (iv), for the words " Taka Ten million" the words
"Taka Twenty million" shall be substituted.
In the said regulations, in the regulation
(7(2) of (iv), for the words " 250 application" the words
"400 applications" shall be substituted.
