A 35-member MBA student delegation of University of Information Technology and Science (UITS) visited the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) on May 03,2006 as part of their curriculum. The UITS delegation was led by its Director Mr A.K.M Rafiqul Islam Registrar of the University. Ms Lilia Tan Habacon and co-ordinator Mr Md Zakir Sadullah Khan accompanied the delegation. DSE ICT Head Mr. A.S.M Khairuzzaman welcomed them and apprised them of different operational aspects of the stock exchange. The students took part in interactions on different topics on the stock market. DSE Secretary Mr. Shaikh Mohammadullah and other high officials were present on the occasion. Later they visited ICT department, Clearing House and some corporate Brokerage houses of DSE.
